Blueberry Scones
Dough can be frozen for 2 months.

Steps
- Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder, lime zest and salt.
- Add pea-sized butter chunks and blueberries to mixture.
- Gently mix in buttermilk, do not over-stir.
- Pat down dough to an inch thick, cut into 8 pieces.
- Bake at 400 for roughly 25 minutes
- Combine lime juice and powdered sugar to make a glaze.
- Allow scones to cool before applying glaze. Glaze should harden after 30 minutes.
